After interviewing numerous general contractors, we selected LuAnn Fabian. It was the best decision we made. She was able to complete our 3,900 square foot custom home in less than ten months. Of LuAnn’s many strengths, I believe the following are worth special mention:

Communication: LuAnn is an excellent communicator. She is an active listener who really cares what her clients want and need.  Her communication style also results in great success with others involved in the construction process. People like to work with LuAnn.

Organization:  LuAnn is extremely organized.  She utilizes technology effectively and plans well in advance. We had very few (if any) days where sub-contractors were not working on the house.  

Budget: LuAnn treats her client’s money as if it were her own.  She will challenge amounts spent on all aspects of the construction process to ensure they are getting value for their money.  

Quality:  We have been in our home for almost two years and have not had any significant issues.  When we do contact LuAnn with any minor issues or questions, she is still very responsive. We continue to receive many compliments about the high quality construction of our home.

   Needless to say, we would provide the highest recommendation for LuAnn on any construction project. We would definitely work with LuAnn again in the future!
